At Lemieux et Cie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
